For dinner tonight I sautéed some veggies- onion, carrot, broccoli, and green pepper- with homemade thai peanut sauce on the side along with curried couscous :D it was pretty tasty and almost vegan (I believe soy sauce is made with animal product :/)
I also had a yummy juice (carrot, orange, and apple) earlier today from a local cafe as well as a smoothie (kale, banana, almond milk, and strawberries) later at home.
I’m pretty happy with what I eat, however I want to incorporate more fresh, raw foods and snack less on process foods. Once I fix my bike maybe I’ll bike to the farmer’s market more often!
